How to make yourself happier

Happiness is a very great part of your mental health. Your happiness is very necessary for your success if you are not happy with yourself or what your doing it is basically impossible for you to succeed so here are some sure fire ways for you to make yourself happier.

1. By being good to yourself.
       That may sound self-evident, but too many people skip this step and try to make themselves happy by chasing ever-higher goals, or holding themselves to ever-greater standards of perfection.

2. love yourself
         believing in yourself and loving yourself is an amazing way to build confidence and make yourself happy as they say "Rome wasn't built in a day" that also goes to self confidence and it might take time to completely love yourself and not compare yourself to others but it is always worth it. without truly loving yourself you can never truly love someone else there are ways to build love for your self such as finding a productive hobby. studies have shown that doing things you love can easily increase your happiness and love for yourself and environment.

3. Don't be scared to let go
       It is always an amazing idea to let go of toxic people and toxic things people who make you feel like you are less than who you are and things that remind you of your sad past. letting go of someone or something can be very hard sometimes but if you go into it with a clean heart and pursuit of happiness it makes it easier and it will all be worth it at the end.

4. Treat yourself
       self care is very important so make yourself your favourite meal, put on a comfy outfit, put on your favourite show and set the mood. That can make you forget about all your worries even if its just for a few hours its still going to feel very good

       And please always remember that you are an amazing person and you were brought into this world for a reason and no one should ever make you feel less than.
