1. Strawberry kiwi slushie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup strawberries
½ cup peeled kiwi
Water (2 cups ice and ½ room temperature)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend
until smooth
Step 2: Garnish with kiwi slices
Step 3: Enjoy!!!
2. 3 Ingredient Brazilian truffles
INGREDIENTS
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
⅓ Cup cocoa powder
Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Put a pot on a medium low heat and melt the nutter
with the condensed milk
Step 2: Stir in the cocoa powder and continue to stir for
10-15 minutes until mixture begins to pull away for the edge of the pot
Step 3: It’s done when you run the spoon through the center
of the mixture and it takes a few seconds to combine again
Step 4: Spread the mixture onto a
buttered plate and refrigerate for 2 hours
Step 5: When set, roll the mixture
into small balls and coat them in the chocolate sprinkles
Step 6: Enjoy!!!
3. 3 ingredient chocolate mousse
4. Banana oat smoothie
INGREDIENTS
½ Cup rolled oats
1 banana
1 cup milk of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Add rolled oats to a
blender and blend until the oats are the size of a fine crumb
Step 2: Add the banana and milk and
blend well
Step 3: Pour into a serving glass
and refrigerate
Step 4: Enjoy!!!
7. Hazelnut brownies
INGREDIENTS
370 g (13 oz.) chocolate hazelnut
spread
2 eggs
½ Cup flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350℉
(180℃)
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine all the
ingredients
Step 3: Transfer mix to square baking dish
Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes
Step 5: Allow to cool for 5 minutes and
then carefully cut into squares
Step 6: Enjoy!!!
8. Peanut butter cups
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ Cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup melted chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Prepare a cupcake tin with 6
liners
Step 2: Stir peanut butter and powdered
sugar together until smooth
Step 3: Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of
chocolate in the bottom of each cupcake liner
Step 4: Dollop 1 to 2 tablespoons
of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate
Step 5: Cover each dollop of peanut
butter with more chocolate and smooth out the top
Step 6: refrigerate until chocolate
has hardened (this should take about an hour) and remove the cupcake liners
Step 7: Enjoy!!!
9. Dalgona coffee
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee
powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Add the hot water, sugar,
and instant coffee to a bowl and whisk until light and fluffy
Step 2: You can take it like that
or with a cold cup of milk

cups ice)
