Right now everyone is quarantining and gaining those pounds. Here are some ways you can stay fit during quarantine
1. Exercise
Yh we all know that motivating yourself to exercise might be a little hard. like me I gained 5 pounds within the first two weeks of quarantine and I was like I cant. but then I decided to exercise and this might be an unpopular opinion but the best time to work out is during quarantine, because you have so much time to spear and you're doing nothing so believe it or not its actually the best time so now get off your lazy butt and exercise cause you're probably going into quarantine as a 2 and when you're done with all of these tips you'll be coming out a 10 baby.
2. Eat healthier
Sis we all know that you're on your bed all day, watching Netflix and eating Mc Donald's big mac with a huge bottle of soda, but no that's not what you should be doing sis eat healthy. Healthy foods aren't just greens that taste like grass from a dog park no sis you can make healthy delicious so now we need you to stand up go into that kitchen and make something healthy cause you cant be coming out of quarantine looking like panda no you need to come out of quarantine looking like a peacock.
3. Find a hobby
Now lets just be sincere we are a family here you cant talk about it ill go first well at the beginning of quarantine I didn't do anything productive I can tell you right now that the only thing that I did that was productive was getting out of bed and going to get more chips yh I know. But now if I do not do something productive in the day I will not be happy. so now lets do this this together you can learn to dance, sew, knit, cook, bake and so many more. I'm not sure it will hurt for you to do something fun.
4. Treat yourself
This is pretty self explanatory for the ladies give yourself a spa day and for the guys do what ever makes you happy. You have earned it making yourself happy and loving yourself it the best thing that you can do for yourself take it from me it is very important to give yourself that break from the world we all need that break and we all also deserve it
5. Spend time with your friends and family
This might sound a little weird but trust me it works hanging around family and friends who you love and love you is the best feeling ever it is like you're the only person in a world of happy monsters it is so relieving to know that even during this horrible time you still have someone who loves you I don't know why but that is one of the best feelings in the world.
And of course wear your mask, wash your hands, sanitise and stay indoors cause if you're not doing any of those you're part of the problem and you should be killed. Just kidding but please stay safe
