How to increase your life span

I think this calls without saying that this is one of the most important things to do to stay healthy and live long and that is

 Everyone knows that eating healthy is one of the best ways to live long and healthy, and even if you're not a fan of going on a diet or eating like vegans and things like that you can always try eating Nuts  that might sound a little weird but nuts are very healthy and they have so many nutrients that help the body do so much. And if you are unfortunately allergic to nuts you can also try turmeric. Turmeric has a lot of health benefits even some skincare benefits.

 

2. Working out

Yes we all know that working out can be very hard and stressful, but nothing good comes easy you don't have to start of as a pro you can always start of with the easy things like jugging or running half a mile then you can start making it harder. Practice always makes perfect soon it might become more of a hobby that a workout and who wouldn't want to have that Victoria secret model body while living longer its a win-win situation if you ask me.

3. Don't smoke

It might be fun now but tell that to your 55 year old self who's trying to breathe and trying to earn money for life support because you smoked when you shouldn't have.

4. Prioritise your happiness

Being happy is one of the best things you can do for yourself it might sound weird like how can such a little thing like being happier  make you live longer. being happy doesn't only make your lifespan longer it also improves your mental health.  

5. drink water

This is personally one of my favourite tips I never knew how important water was until I started drinking water and if I tell you the amount of things in my body that changed this blog post would be more than 10,000 words. I seriously cannot stress this enough it may seem hard at first but once your bladder adjusts to the amount of water your drinking it wont be that hard anymore. but the fact that doing something so simple can be so life changing. It is crazy to me.
